Career Research Presentation
Students will present the career they researched. In the presentation they are to share with the class what is done in the career, qualifications, working conditions, education needed, job out look, and earning levels. The student should also include interesting information of this career

Student's voice is not audible. Difficult to maintiaint student attention.

Student's voice is soft and difficult to understand at times.
Student is unsure of themselves and sentences tend to trail off.
5-5.5 mks
Good 61-70%
Student's voice is mostly clear and easily heard. Student sounds unsure of themselves at times.
6-7.5 mks
Excellent 80-100%
Student speaks in a clear voice that is easy to understand. Student's voice is confident and convincing.
8-10 mks
Eye Contact
Poor 0-50%
Student uses eye contact, looking up less than 6 times in presentation.
0-4.5 mks
Fair 51-60%
Student uses eye contact, looking up at least 6 times in presentation.
5-5.5 mks
Good 61-70%
Student uses eye contact most times during the presentation relying only sometimes on cue cards.
6-7.5 mks
Excellent 80-100%
Student makes consistant eye contact. Speaking with minimal or no reliance on cue cards.
8-10 mks
