Format # of questions, use of pictures and vocabulary,	Poor Student has at least 4 test questions that cover more than 2 standards. There is no use of pictures, little vocabulary in project.	Fair Test has at least 7 questions from a variety of standards. Questions are clear and well written, there is some use of pictures, and proper vocabulary.	Great Test has 10 questions 1 from each standard. Questions contain pictures, and use of proper vocabulary in several areas.
Test Questions Enter description	Poor Questions are not clear and do not relate to standards given as objective to project.	Fair Most questions are well written and have a clear relation to standards.	Great All questions clear & relate to all standards. Each standard is covered.
Level of questions Enter description	Poor Question on test do not provide a variety of thinking levels, and most are lower levels of thinking.	Fair Some variety in thinking levels and several higher levels of thinking.	Great most levels of thinking are shown, and levels of thinking are clear.
