Organization	Level 1 -conversation lacks clarity -poorly prepared	Level 2 -presentation is sometimes clear and logical -somewhat prepared	Level 3 -presentation is generally clear, logical, and organize -highly prepared	Level 4 -presentation is clear, logical, and organized -exceedingly prepared
Performance	Level 1 -heavily dependent on notes. -Little spontaneous conversation. -confused by questions	Level 2 -conversation marked with some hesitancy -relies on notes	Level 3 -speaks with considerable clarity and confidence -appropriate pace -acceptable eye contact -knows book well -uses notes occasionally.
