Average Math notebook contains the course syllabus and the grade level checklist, but is not neat in presentation.	Satisfactory Math notebook contains only part of the course syllabus and the grade level checklist.	Poor Math notebook does not meet specified standards.
Notes	Excellent Math notebook contains a neatly written class notes index and class notes can be easily found by locating the page number.	Average Math notebook contains MOST notes and are placed in the proper section.	Satisfactory Math notebook contains SOME notes and/or notes are not placed in the proper section. Homework	Excellent Math notebook contains a neatly written assignment sheet and all graded work is placed in dated order behind the assignment sheet.
