Group Process 
In the space provided please provide any observations you may have of the candidate’s skills. To assist with your evaluation a brief description of each trait has been provided to you. All the activities throughout Group Process are going to utilize these traits. However, there are some traits are going to be more prominent than others, depending on the activity.
