	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Attendance	Poor Missed 3 or more days of class.	Fair Missed 2 days of class.	Good Attended all days of class.
Supplies	Poor Did not have any needed supplies for the class period.	Fair Did not have all needed supplies and needed to return to homeroom to get the needed supplies.	Good Had all the needed supplies of the lesson.
Concepts	Poor Can verbally name 1 main concepts of the unit to the teacher with prompts OR answer one teacher directed question.	Fair Can verbally name 2 main concepts of the unit to the teacher with/ with out prompts. OR answer two teacher directed questions related to the unit.	Good Can verbally name 3 main ideas of the unit to the teacher with out prompts. OR answer three teacher directed directed questions related to the unit.
Grading Criteria	Poor	Fair Fail = 5 or below/9 points	Good Pass = 6/9 points
