Color Mixing with Fingerpaint

Understanding Colors	Poor The students cannot identify their colors. They do not understand the concept of color mixing and color relationship.	Fair The students can name some colors but cannot completely understand color relationship.	Good The students can name their colors and can understand and identify the relationship between colors.
Utilizing the Materials	Poor The students do not interact with the paint and are hesitant to spread and mix the paint with their hands.	Fair The students begin to interact with the paint and start to move it around but inhibit themselves from completely mixing the paint to form the third color.	Good The students completely interact with the paints and fully mox them to create the third color.
Communicate ideas in visual form	Poor Students barely attempt to interact and mix the paint. They do not attempt to show expression through their materials.	Fair Students begin to interact with paint and use their fingers to mix the paint. They recognize that they can make designs in the paint by using their fingerprints.	Good Students have completely interacted with their materials and understand that they can manipulate their paint. They alter their design before deciding on a final composition.
