Geometric Art Coordinate Plane Picture Students will be given parameters for three different rectangles, students have to identify the length and width and then create the rectangles using 1/2 strips of colored paper. Appearance and Visual appeal The final product is neat with no errors. Directions Followed Before creating final copy, a rough draft was created with pictures using graph paper, and had teacher check before creating final product.	1 There were errors in finding the length and width and did not correct. Did not create a rough draft or develop ideas before creating project.	2 There were many errors that were not corrected. Created a rough draft with numbers but no pictures on graph paper.	3 There were slight errors in draft. It was clear what the length and width were and had picture.	4 There were a couple of small errors in draft. It was clear what the length and width were and had picture. Using the length and width given they found area and perimeter to verify it fit the rules.	5 There were no errors evident. Provided each step clearly and easily to read.
Creativity/Presentation The rectangles are easily identified as rectangles. Used creativity.	1 No creativity and handed in messy with glue over paper. Rectangles are hard to identify.	2 It had color, some creativity was given. Rectangles were straight. Glue could be found on the paper.	3 It had color and creativity, but no/little effort applied.
