These presentations need to explain in an organized manner the results from both the Staff and Student Surveys regarding East Mills facilities.

Students made sure that the number of surveys sent v. the number of responses was included. Students used graphics (pie graphs, etc) to help explain the results of the staff survey. There is no question as to what the group was presenting and what their information was.

Group presented concrete solutions to the problems generated by the survey. Solutions were explained in a relevant manner and obtainable. Images were used representing what the group is hoping the outcome can be. Excellent effort here!

The group discussed concrete solutions to the issues presented. Their solutions somewhat organized and understandable. Images were not used but the group explained thoroughly what they wanted the outcome to be.

The group did have some solutions but did not address all of the problems brought up during their presentation. Did not have any images to help understand what the final goal might look like.

The group barely touched on any solutions. What was discussed was somewhat random or unorganized. Not sure what the final goal is after this unit is completed.

Last slide wrapped up the entire presentation in a succinct, organized, professional manner. Entire presentation looks "Board ready." Impressive work!

Use of color and fonts were great. Easy to read. Looked professional. Large enough that entire room could see and understand the slides. Not cluttered, not too bare....just right! :)
