Pie

Acquire

Pie crust was burnt, tough or soggy. Filling had lumps, runny, no flavor. Did not look very appealing.

Pie was good and students followed recipe. Tasted better than it looked. Presentation was minimal.
Adapt

Pie crust was light, flaky and tender. The filling was set properly and was tasty. The pie held it's shape once it was sliced and put on plates. Looked great.
