NOTE ACCURACY	Poor Wrong notes distract from ensemble's performance	Fair Notes are correct in some parts	Good Almost all notes are accurate throughout performance	Superior Notes are accurate in all parts throughout entire performance
RHYTHM / TEMPO	Poor Tempo is inconsistent and/or rhythms are not accurately played	Fair Inaccuracies with rhythm or fluctuation of tempo distracts from performance	Good Rhythms and tempo are accurately performed	Superior Rhythms between ensemble members are cohesive and tempo is steady or, if there are fluctuations in tempo, it is due to intentional interpretation and all performers are together
