Cooperation	Poor Our group only worked with prodding. Did not participate in all tasks, and did not demonstrate a willingness to work.	Fair Our group worked but complained, refused to take advice, or quit before all tasks were complete.	Good Our group demonstrated a willingness to complete all tasks including clean up tasks. Worked steadily through the lab and participated in all kitchen tasks.
Skill Practice	Poor Our group did not practice demonstrated techniques for food preparation. Seemed to be lost in the kitchen.	Fair Our group didn't have a good idea of what we were suppose to be making. We did not pay attention to details, and it didn't matter.	Good Our group tried to use to correct utensils, and proper techniques for cooking our food. We paid attention to the little details.
Safety	Poor We did not use kitchen equipment in a very safe manner. Did not clean up during preparation to prevent accidents. We were a messy group!	Fair We tried to use equipment safely and correctly. Careless at times and did not always follow the rules. Attempted to follow safe food handling procedures.	Good We demonstrated safe and correct use of all kitchen equipment used for the lab. We followed safe food handling procedures.
Time management	Poor We were very late for class....not good time management.	Fair We were only a few minutes after the bell....a bit unorganized at times.	Good We had everything made, eaten and cleaned up by the bell. We did not feel rushed at all.
Final Product	Poor Really didn't turn out well. Either burnt, not cooked enough, poor taste....basically no one wanted to eat it!! Didn't have all the 5 foods that we needed.	Fair Product was just OK.....could have had better flavor, and you just ate it because you know you should! Had 4 out of 5 foods in the challenge, but poor color or texture.	Good Product was excellent!! We loved it, it looked great and tasted even better!! Had all of the foods in the challenge. Good color/texture and temperature!
Garnish	Poor Had NO garnish	Fair Had a little garnish...	Good Had a great, colorful garnish!
