Nutrition Meal Planning 
Students will be assigned one of 5 disorders (diabetes, ciliac, hypertension, arthritis, or depression) to construct a meal plan for. The Meal plan will be for 1 week day and 1 weekend. Plan must take into account dietary restrictions and foods for optimal benefit of their disorder. Students will work in groups of 2 to gain insight and to successfully prepare.
