Oral Proficiency

Pronunciation	3 Pronunciation is clear and I'm able to understand my partner's words because of accurate pronunciation and accent.	2 Some words are hard to understand because of the pronunciation.	1 I have a hard time understanding what my partner is saying because of word pronunciation.
Syntax (sentence structure)	3 My partner almost always uses appropriate word order in his/her sentences and understands the use of agreement.	2 Occasionally makes grammatical and/or word-order errors which do not obscure meaning.	1 Errors make it hard for me to understand what my partner is trying to say.
Oral Fluency	3 My partner can speak easily and continue the conversation.	2 Sometimes there are long pauses because my partner doesn't know what to say. If the dialogue isn't "memorized" my partner can not create another answer.	1 Can not continue the conversation without help from another member of the group telling him/her what to say.
Vocabulary	3 My partner is able to use vocabulary appropriate to the topic and can circumlocute when he/she doesn't know a word.	2 My partner occasionally uses inappropriate terms and can't continue with the topic because of not knowing vocabulary.	1 Vocabulary limitations so extreme as to make conversation virtually impossible.
