Work is complete 3 pts	Excellent Card includes all sections labeled properly and each section has the required content.	Good Card is missing one section (label) but does have the required content for that section.	Fair Card is missing one-two sections (label) and does not have the required content for the section(s).	Poor Card is missing more than two sections (label) and does not have the required content.
Usable 3 pts	Excellent Student was able to use the card properly to make ALL corrections to assigned written work.	Good Student was able to use the card properly to make all but 2 corrections to the assigned written work.	Fair Student was able to use the card properly to make all but 5 corrections to the assigned written work.	Poor Student was unable to use the card properly to make any corrections to the assigned written work.
Grammar/Correct 3 pts	Excellent There are no mistakes in the required content.	Good There are 1-5 mistakes in the required content.	Fair There are 6-9 mistakes in the required content.	Poor There are more than 10 mistakes in the required content.
Neatness 3 pts	Excellent Card is very neat, organized and does not have any crossouts, tears or smudges.	Good Card is neat but has either a smudge, tear or crossout.	Fair Card is messy with either smudges, 2 or 3 crossouts or tears.	Poor Card is unacceptable as it is very messy, has more than 3 crossouts or tears.
