Participation	Poor Student did not participate in provided activities. Did not cooperate when asked to increase participation	Fair Student was somewhat participating but still sat out of activities. Didn't participate the entire class period	Good Student was very active and participated in every activity
Attitude	Poor Student showed bad attitude towards themselves and others. Did not respect other children in the class	Fair Student's attitude was varied and showed some bad attitude towards certain activities	Good Student showed great attitude towards each activity, had great enthustiasm
Effort	Poor Student gave poor effort during class. Did not show interest in activities that were provided	Fair Student's effort was somewhat present. Participated in given activities but not best effort	Good Student showed great effort throughout the class. Fully participated in every activity that was provided
Motor Skill	Poor Student did not show mastery of the motor skill that was the focus of the lesson.
