Symmetry Symmetry Student is to create a line of symmetry on a piece of paper using a mask. Students are to creatively decorate their mask using colored pencils, markers or any other artistic medium. Symmetry	Does not meet Not done as instructed, the mask is not symmetrical at as required.	In Progress Mask is done but is done incorrectly.	Meets Mask is done as instructed but there are some mistakes made when the symmetry is shown.	Exceeds Mask is done as instructed, symmerty is shown and is done correctly.
Neatness	Does not meet Sloppy, lines are not straight, eraser marks are visible	In Progress Lines are not drawn symmetrical, no apparent creature has been formed.	Meets Work is neater, most lines are symmetrical, an alien can be seen.	Exceeds Work is neat. All lines are symmetrical. Mask is drawn neatly
Creativity	Does not meet No creativity, no colour is used.	In Progress Little thought to creative ideas, coloured with just one color	Meets Good ideas. Coloured with more than one colour, gave some thought to it.	Exceeds Excellent work- original ideas and good use of colours.
