Lack of structure; disorganized and hard ot follow. Appears to jump around as if not thought through. Rambles without clear beginning or end. Introduction and/or conclusion are incomplete
Competent
Organization is appropriate but conventional. An introduction and conclusion are evident and are supported by the body of the paper.
Proficient
Effectively organized in a logical and creative manner. Engaging introduction and conclusion that effectively start and end the paper with powerful thoughts.

Writing is without any sense of the writer or maybe stereotypic, possibly with a copied tone and voice
