The student did not make at least one texture on the animal.	Partially Meets requirement The student only accomplished some but not all of the expectations.	Meets Requirements The student choose an animal from local wildlife. They drew a sketch of the animal and they made at least one texture on the animal.	Exceeds requirement The student exceeds the expectations by drawing multiple sketches of the animal and using more then one texture.
Understanding of material	Does not meet requirements The student did not make 2 pinch pots or use the slip and score method. The student misused the tools and materials.	Partially Meets requirement The student used 2 pinch pots but did not properly attach the appendages to the animal appropriately.	Meets Requirements The student used 2 pinch pots and attached the pots and appendages appropriately using the slip and score method.	Exceeds requirement The students used more then 2 pinch pots in their project and went above and beyond expectations.
