Hidden Girl Mural Create a picture that will describe the farm animals. After reading the story The Hidden Girl, students will create a mural in order to show their own understanding of what Lola experienced while hiding during World War ll. Students must include a picture of symbol that represent each chapter in the book. Murals must be completed using three diffeent mediums. Undersanding of the story	Poor Students demonstrated limited understanding of the story. Only 5 chapters were shown.	Fair Students understood the whole story, but only showed 7 chapters.	Good Students understood the whole story, and drew all chapters of the book.
Presentaion	Poor Students presented their pictures / symbols, but let the rest of the students fugure out what they were trying to say on their pictures.	Fair Students presented their pictures symbols in an acceptable manner that were generally neat and understandable.	Good Students gave a great description of their pictures / symbols, and each chapters were easily identified.
Understanding of the assignment	Poor Students didn't follow directions, and went ahead and drew a mural that had little or nothing to do with the Hidden Girl.	Fair Students followed directions but decided to include other things on their mural that did not represnt the story.	Good Students completed the task by following all directions.
