Sentence formation I used complete sentences to write my report.	Poor I only used one or two word phrases.	Fair I didn't write my facts in sentences that make sense or I didn't use complete sentences on all five.	Good I used complete sentences for all five of my facts.
Proper punctuation I used proper punctuation and capitalization to write my report.	Poor I did not use capitals or periods in my sentences.	Fair I didn't use capitals but I did use periods or I used capital letters in the wrong places and I didn't use periods.	Good I got it all right. I used capital letters at the beginning of my sentences and I used periods at the end of my sentences.
