Ability to Follow Directions	Excellent Followed directions to the letter. Used others for guides.	Good Followed directions. Listened to others around him when needed.	Fair Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was productive but didn't listen to the adult coaching him or the customer.	Undeveloped Did not follow directions for any of the task and at times refused to slow down to do task well.	Non-Compliance Student was non-compliant when given directions 100% of the time. Level of Needed Assistance	Excellent Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	Good Student was able to complete the task with little assistance.
