Good Did not follow all instruction but did apply the rules of the poem, or followed all instruction but missed a rule of the poem.	Excellent Followed all instruction and rules of poem.
Creativity and Care Student shows originality, creativity, and care in his or her work.	Poor The poem is very similar to another (friend's or classmate's) poem and/or appears not to be this student's work in its entirety.	Fair Obviously student's work, but appears to be produced quickly without a much thought, drafting, revision, editing, and/or care.	Good Original, creative, thoughtful, but poem has more than two editing mistakes.	Excellent Original, creative, and thoughtful. Care was taken in the revision process and there are two or less editing mistakes.
