Entries	5 Documents the research process for the entire 7 weeks of the PBL with clear steps moving the project forward.	3 Documents the research process but some steps may have been forgotten.	1 Entries are hard to follow and show little evidence of moving the project forward.
Sources	5 Evidence of a variety of sources explored in order to provide as much information as possible.	3 A limited amount of sources explored.	1 Sources are weak and do little to add to the quality of the information.
Presentation	5 Journal is easy to follow with no errors in mechanics or conventions.	3 Journal was confusing at times or showed evidence of careless errors.	1 Journal was difficult to read and contained jarring errors.
