Note and Finger Accuracy -Notes -Fingering	Advanced Consistently correct notes and fingerings.	Proficient Infrequent errors in notes and fingerings. A few minor technical problems.	Basic A lack of consistently correct notes and fingerings. Student may rush or slow technically difficult passages.	Minimal Many inaccurate notes, rhythms, fingerings, and pulse. Technical passages are weak. May be abrupt stops.
Rhythm Accuracy -Beat -Rhythms	Advanced Consistently correct pulse and rhythms.	Proficient Infrequent errors in pulse and rhythms. A few minor technical problems.	Basic A lack of consistently correct beat, pulse, and rhythms. Student may rush or slow technically difficult passages.	Minimal Many inaccurate rhythms and pulse. Technical passages are weak. Hands -Left and Right together	Advanced Use of both hands throughout the performance of the piece.
