Practice	Poor Students have not practiced at all for the cooking.	Good	Excellent Students have practiced their cooking outside of school.
Ingredients	Poor Students didn't bring any of the ingredients.	Good Students brought their ingredients but have forgotten one or two things.	Excellent Students brought ALL their ingredients.
Materials	Poor There were no materials (cooking, props) brought on the day of the practicals.	Good Materials were brought but one or two are missing.	Excellent All cooking materials and props were brought on the day of the practicals.
Organisation	Poor Students were disorganised and didn't know how to follow the recipe cards. They were messy in the kitchen and have wasted a lot of the ingredients. None of the team members knew what was happening.	Good Students were somewhat organised but needed prodding during the practical exams. There were a bit neat but could improve. There were some who knew what was happening during the practicals.	Excellent Students were very organised. They worked well together and they knew what they were doing. They were neat all the way through,.
Output: Taste of the food	Poor The taste was unpleasant and unappealing.	Good The taste was okay but could be better.	Excellent The taste was amazing and you wouldn't even know that it was iron rich.
