Meets minimum requirements

The writer has minimally refered to chronlogical reference points and at times the writers work goes off track because of this. The writer has asked some releveant questions but more relevant questions are needed if the work is to improve in quality. The writer has self-assessed themselves and minimal improvement has resulted in this.
