Shopping for Exercise Students are required to take part in 4 different types of moderate physical activity, each for a 30 minute time block. The purpose is to experience a variety of forms of exercise and to relate their experiences to the class. They must answer the discussion questions after each exercise experience. Participation 60%	Poor Selected 4 types of physical activity. Participated in each activity for 10 minutes or less.	Fair Selected 4 types of physical activity. Participated in each for 20 minutes of less.	Good Selected 4 types of physical activity. Participated in each for a full 30 minutes.
Discussion Content 30%	Poor Provided incomplete detail to discussion questions for 1 or 2 exercise experiences.	Fair Provided partial detail to discussion questions for at least 3 exercise experiences.	Good Responded to discussion questions in great detail for each exercise experience.
Grammar, Spelling, Punctuation 10%	Poor Several errors. Almost incomprehensible.	Fair A few errors. Comprehensible.	Good Well communicated details. No errors.
