Description	Poor Description of the weather is inaccurate.	Fair Description lacks detail about the weather.	Good Description somewhat accurately describes the day and has some detail.	Excellent Description accurately describes the day.
Writing	Poor Work is messy or incomplete.	Fair Work is complete but illegible.	Good Work is somewhat neat but legible.	Excellent Work is neatly put together and is in legible handwriting.
Errors	Poor Has many spelling and grammar errors.	Fair Has more than 2 spelling and grammar errors.	Good Has 1-2 spelling and grammar errors.	Excellent Has no spelling or grammar errors.
Speaking	Poor Is soft spoken and is reading the paper the whole time.	Fair Is slightly soft spoken and is reading off of the paper most of the time.	Good Projects voice well to audience but reads off of the paper some of the time.	Excellent Does not read off the paper and speaks clearly to the audience.
