Attendance	Excellent EXCELLENT Student volunteers to participate in multiple events and stays for the entire duration of scheduled shift.	Good GOOD Student volunteers to participate in some events and stays for the entire duration of scheduled shift.	Fair FAIR Student volunteers to participate in few events or leaves early from scheduled shifts.	Poor POOR Student does not volunteer to participate or does not show up for scheduled shifts
Punctuality	Excellent EXCELLENT Student arrives on time and is ready to participate immediately.	Good GOOD Student arrives on time.	Fair FAIR Student is late for scheduled shift or is not ready to participate upon arrival	Poor POOR Student is very late.
Work Habits	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is focused, completes tasks as needed, consistent, and takes initiative.	Good GOOD Student is focused and completes tasks as needed.	Fair FAIR Student completes tasks asked of them.	Poor POOR Student does not maintain a good work ethic while participating in events.
Cooperation	Excellent EXCELLENT Student is a leader, works with peers well and cooperates with all students, staff and parents.
