Poster and presentation rubric
The students will put together a poster for display. The poster will contain relevant information directly related to their assigned topic. The poster will be designed on a single sheet of poster paper no larger than 22"x 28".

Contains students own ideas. Lots of colors, shapes, and appealing design. Shows the student spent time creating an artistic piece.

Eye catching. Great use of colors, texture, shapes, and spacing on poster. Creativity is shown to in every area on the poster. Writing is easy to read. Shows the student can express ideas through art.

Not on required poster paper and/or submitted late. Pieces/items falling or hanging off.

Poster paper is damaged, poorly presented. Poster was possibly submitted later than original due date. Some items possibly falling off.

Poster is correct size, clean and neatly displayed. No items falling off. Submitted on due date.

Poster is of exceptional quality and presentation. Nothing hanging or falling off. Submitted on time.

Students did not speak in a tone that could be heard by all students - too soft. Information too hard to understand.
