Nutrition Project Rubric
Students will complete a project related to contemporary issues in nutritional practices to include but not limited to nutrition, healthier eating, food industry, hunger, use of supplements, childhood obesity, food alternatives, nutrition and disease, and other topics approved by the instructor. Suggested format: poster, brochure, video presentation, booklet, infomercial, collage, mural, survey, etc. Objective: To develop life-long understanding and practices resulting in a healthier body.
