Badminton Skills Assessment
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Excellent 4 pts
Serving	Poor Student completely misses the birdie when attempting to serve.	Fair Student does not have the proper form and is not able to hit the birdie over the net.	Good Student does not have the proper form yet can consistently hit the birdie over the net.	Excellent Student can serve the birdie over the net nearly 100% of the time with proper form.
Forehand	Poor Student usually misses the birdie completely when attempting to use their forehand.	Fair Student struggles properly hitting the birdie over the net with their forehand and with correct form.	Good Student can properly hit the birdie over the net with their forehand and usually hit the birdie in-bounds.	Excellent Student can properly hit the birdie over the net with their forehand and with perfect form consistently.
Backhand	Poor Student usually misses the birdie completely when attempting to use their backhand.	Fair Student struggles properly hitting the birdie over the net with their backhand and with correct form.	Good Student can properly hit the birdie over the net with their backhand and usually hit the birdie in-bounds.	Excellent Student can properly hit the birdie over the net with their backhand and with perfect form consistently.
