Foundations of Technique Students are applying basic ideas of technique
	Fair Trying but, still not as much change as I would have hoped, not much growth due to lack of effort. 3 pts	Good Putting forth a good effort in class I have seen some growth. 7 pts	Terrific Understands, works hard in every class with lots of energy. I see growth. 10 pts
Basic body alignment Student understands basic alignment for dance, she/he is kinesthetically aware while moving. And applying all teacher made corrections.	Fair	Good	Terrific
Port De Bras Students are aware of what arms need to look like in turns, jumps and during choreography. They make corrections when teacher asks them.	Fair	Good	Terrific
Legs/Feet Students are actively, lengthening in their legs and feet while dancing and during warm up at beginning of class. They are fixing any problems when teacher speaks to them.	Fair	Good	Terrific
Energy and Effort Students are using strong energy while dancing, they are doing all warm up exercises to the best of their ability. They are dancing large, with tons of effort and energy.	Fair	Good	Terrific
