Fairness -Student officiates game in an unbaised manner	Poor Student makes unfair calls against one specific team or player on a consistent basis	Fair Student begins to show a bias towards one team	Good Student officiates game fairly on most plays	Excellent Student officiates game fairly on each and every play during the entire game
Understanding of Rules / Regs -Student makes accurate call in gameplay situations	Poor Student makes inaccurate calls during the game on most plays	Fair Student makes accurate calls during the game on half of the plays	Good Student makes accurate calls during the game on most plays	Excellent Student makes accurate calls during the game on almost each play
Communication -Student is able to communicate with players / coaches in a respectful manner if player or coach has a question about a given rule or situation	Poor Student rarely communicates the calls they made	Fair Student communicates less than half of the calls they made	Good Student clearly communicates most calls and explain why they made the call they did to only person committing the foul	Excellent Student clearly communicates all calls and explains why they made the calls they did to all members of the game
