Handwriting	Level 1 Printed or handwritten messy with many spelling errors. Name and title not written on the paper.	Level 2 Printed or handwritten fairly neatly with some spelling errors. Name and/or title not written on the paper correctly.	Level 3 Printed or handwritten clearly and neatly with few spelling errors. Name and title written but with errors on the paper.	Level 4 Printed or handwritten clearly and neatly with no spelling errors. Name and title written correctly on the paper.
Degree of Completion	Level 1 0-50% of the work is completed.	Level 2 50-75% of the work is completed.	Level 3 75-90% of the work is completed.	Level 4 100% of the work is completed.
Skill Level	Level 1 Did not meet the skill level with multiple errors in syntax and off track and incomplete answers.	Level 2 Met the skill level with some syntax errors and off track and some imcompelte answers.	Level 3 The skill level of the assignment was met with few syntax and few off task answers. Most answers are complete with complex sentences.	Level 4 The skill level of the assignment was met with few syntax errors. Answersare thorough, complete and include complex sentences.
