Notating Intervals
	Exemplary 25 pts	Proficient 21 pts	Developing 18 pts	Beginning 15 pts
Interval Writing	Exemplary The student exceeded the standard by writing the correct intervals above OR below the given note AND/OR writing intervals in both treble and bass clefs.	Proficient The student met or exceeded the standard by writing most of the correct intervals above or below the given note or writing intervals in both clefs.	Developing The student met or nearly met the standard with 3 to 5 errors in interval writing.	Beginning The student wrote some correct intervals, with more than 5 errors. The student is showing some signs of understanding the lesson.
