Family Tree Mi Familia - a part of our Family Tree Students will create and present a family tree. Family tree will include themselves and other members of their immediate family, correctly labeled with name and family identification. It will include pictures - drawn or printed. It will also include pictures/words about a family tradition. Rubric Code: UAC984 By kmradway Ready to use Public Rubric Subject: Humanities Type: Project Grade Levels: K-5

Family Tree
	Poor D - 60-69% 1 pts	Fair C - 70-79% 2 pts	Good B - 80-89% 3 pts	Excellent A - 90-100% 4 pts
Neatness and Creativity	Poor Family tree or album is not neat nor creative.	Fair Family tree or album is somewhat neat and creative.	Good Family tree is neat but not creative or Family tree is creative but not neat.	Excellent Family tree is creative and neat. You gave respect to your family with the hard work and effort that you put into it!
Photos/Drawings	Poor Student does not have any photos/drawings.	Fair Students has some photos/drawings.	Good Students has almost all photos/drawings.	Excellent Students has a photo or drawing of each member of the family.
Family Labels	Poor Student does not provide a correct written description of any family members.	Fair Student provides a correct written description of 1-2members of family<BR> <BR> The name and relationship to student is provided!	Good Student provides a correct written description of 3 members of family<BR> <BR> The name and relationship to student is provided!	Excellent Student provides a correct written description of all 4 members of family<BR> <BR> The name and relationship to student is provided!
Audience	Poor I wasn't paying attention to the presentations and distracted the class.	Fair I was also trying to be respectful and listen with out distractions to the presentations, but needed 2 oral reminders.	Good I was trying to be respectful, but found myself distracted and needed just 1 oral reminder.	Excellent I was being courteous and respectful to the presenter, giving him/her all my attention without oral reminder.
Elements	Poor Student included only one of the required elements and did not fully complete it.	Fair Student included only one of the required elements.	Good Student included both of the required elements but did not fully complete one of them.	Excellent Student included both elements required - family tree, family traditions.
