Eye Contact	Exceeding Expectations Maintains eye contact with entire audience throughout presentation. Only glances at paper/notes briefly.	Meeting Expectations Makes eye contact regularly throughout presentation. Reads part of paper.	Approaching Expectations Attempts to make eye contact but relies heavily on paper or notes and often reads directly from them.	Below Expectations Makes little or no eye contact. Reads directly from paper for entire presentation.
Volume and Speed	Exceeding Expectations Speaks loudly, slowly, and clearly throughout entire presentation with inflection in voice.	Meeting Expectations Speaks loudly, slowly and clearly throughout most of presentation.	Approaching Expectations Speaks softly or too fast in parts of presentation.	Below Expectations Speaks too softly or quickly to understand presentation.
Visual	Exceeding Expectations Creatively uses visual aid to demonstrate procedure.	Meeting Expectations Uses visual aid to demonstrate part of procedure.	Approaching Expectations Presentation has a visual component, but it is not used to demonstrate procedure.	Below Expectations No visual aid.
Represents Paper	Exceeding Expectations Aligns will with what was written in the paper. Follows exact same steps as described in paper.	Meeting Expectations Generally follows paper with only a couple differences.	Approaching Expectations Only partially aligns with paper.	Below Expectations Does not follow steps or sequence described in paper.
