Creativity	A Student has taken the technique being studied and applied it in a way that is their own.	B Student has taken the technique and understands how to execute it well.	C Student has a basic understanding of the technique.	D Student shows lacks understanding of technique.
Effort Did student stay on task and finish assignment?	A Student was focused for all parts of the lesson from pre-assessment to finishing critique	B Student needed one or two reminders to stay on task during the lesson.
