Comprehensibility	Excellent Listener can always understand what the writer is trying to communicate.	Good Listener can understand most of what the writer is trying to communicate.	Average Listener can understand less than half of what writer is trying to communicate.	Poor Incomprehensible throughout.
Correct Object Pronoun Usage	Excellent Speakers use all forms of object pronouns correctly.	Good Speakers usually use all forms of object pronouns correctly.	Average Speaker makes frequent mistakes .	Poor Speaker uses uses the majority of forms of object pronouns incorrectly throughout.
Grammar/Verb use	Excellent Speaker uses correct grammar, word order, spelling and punctuation.	Good Speaker usually uses correct grammar, word order, spelling and punctuation.
