Voice isn't very clear. Some errors in pronunciation. Vocabulary is limited or unsuitable for the topic.

Voice is clear. Words are well pronounced. Vocabulary is appropriate according to topic.
Script and Explanation

Poor

Facts are incorrect and wrong. Either no examples are used or they are wrong.
Unsatisfactory

Most parts aren't clearly explained. The facts are not clear and there are no examples.
Satisfactory

There is very little evidence of understanding and script does not explain enough of the topic. Some examples are included but not enough.

The script provided enough information with examples and provided enough explanation.
Overall production

Poor

The video has no order and is not produced well. There is no creativity and it is clear that the students were unclear on the method to creating the project.

The final product is not creative and contains very little to make the presentation entertaining to watch. The pauses are distracting.

The final product contains graphics and a reasonably enthusiastic tone. There are few gaps in the flow but they do not distract from the main idea of the videos.

Students created a creative project using interesting graphics and enthusiastic tone. The video flows well and there are no awkward gaps or pauses.
