Rhythmic Accuracy	1 Little understanding of rhythmic subdivision and alignment.	2 General understanding of rhythmic subdivision and alignment, yet the approach is not uniform.	3 Students perform with a uniform rhythmic approach throughout.
Articulation	1 Students perform with little regard to, or understanding of, printed articulations and are often poorly executed.	2 Students perform printed articulations correctly; however there are inconsistencies within sections and/or the ensemble.	3 Students perform printed articulations correctly and consistently.
