Hypothesis	Poor Hypothesis is unrelated to the purpose of the project. It is not tested throughout the project.	Good Hypothesis correlates to the question but is not testable.	Excellent Hypothesis is testable and directly correlates to the question.
Materials	Poor Not a complete description.	Good Student used appropiate materials but did not list them at all.	Excellent Student used appropiate materials but did not list all of them.
Procedure	Poor Not a complete description.	Good Student lists a few of the steps taken for a complete and thorough experiment.	Excellent Student lists the steps taken for a complete and thorough experiment.
