Pitch Accuracy	1 I performed less than 50% of the pitches correctly.	2 I performed at least 50% of the pitches correctly.	3 I performed at least 75% of the pitches correctly.	4 I perform most of the pitches correctly. Missed 2-4 pitches.	5 I performed all pitches correctly
Rhythmic Accuracy	1 I performed most of the rhythms incorrectly.	2 I performed some basic rhythms correctly; however, I have challenges with some rhythms.	3 I performed at least 75% of the pitches correctly.	4 I performed most of the rhythms correctly. Missed 2-4 rhythms.	5 I performed all the rhythms correctly.
Tone Quality	1 I am extremly quiet. Hard to hear. Very Breathy.	2 I have a soft tone. It sounds breathy.	3 I have a some-what soft tone. Problems: Nasal, meduim resonance, swallowed	4 I have well placed sound, warm, with some maturity.	5 I have a full, rich, and vibrant tone. I sound like a prefessional singer!

Most phrases are performed correctly.	4 I performed the piece with almost all dynamics correct. 1 or 2 spots of difficulty.	5 I performed the piece with appropriate dynamics.
Expression	1 I was not paying attention when I sang the song. I look bored singing the song.	2 I expressed the song sometimes. I was distracted for part of the song.	3 I expressed the song most of the time. I lost focus only 2 times.	4 I expressed the song well. I lost focus only once, but I recovered.	5 I experssed the meaning of the song clearly.
Articulation	1 I have poor articulation. I displayed poor diction. Most words are incorrectly pronounced.	2 I Have ok articulation. I could use some improvement on overall diction. Only 40% of the words are pronounced clearly and correctly	3 I have fair articulation . 60% of the words are pronounced clearly and correctly.	4 I have good articulation. 80% of the words are pronounced clearly and correctly.	5 I have excellent articulation. All words are pronounced correctly and clearly.
