Muscle Group 3 pts Identify muscle or muscle group	Poor Failed to identify the muscle or muscle group or identified the incorrect muscle or muscle group.	Good Identified most of the muscle groups.	Excellent Identified all of the muscle groups with a brief description.
Spotting Technique 3 pts Explain & demonstrate spotting technique	Poor Failed to demonstrate spotting technique.	Good Spotting technique was demonstrated but not explained.	Excellent Spotting technique was explained and demonstrated correctly.
