Exceptional

Good

Most items are located on diagram/model.
Missing 1-2
Average

Some items are located on diagram/model.
Missing 3-5
Poor

A few items are located on diagram/model.
Missing 6-8
Unsatisfactory

Incomplete- Missing more than 8 items.
Accuracy

This is how accurately items are placed, how legible the handwriting is and amount of correct spelling.

Exceptional

Everything is located accurately according to school building-campus as presented in pwr. pt. Spelling is correct and all writing is legible.
Good

Most items are located in correct place (1-2 off).
Spelling is correct and most writing is legible
Average

Some items are located in correct place (3-5 off). Some spelling is incorrect (1-3 wrong) and some writing is legible.
Poor

Few items are located in correct place (6 -8 off).
More than 3 words misspelled and only some of writing is legible.
Unsatisfactory

Incomplete - More than 8 items located incorrectly. No writing is legible and a majority of words are misspelled.
Elements

This involves items necessary for diagrams-models such as student name, label, scale, key, legend or any other needed items as prescribed by the assignment itself.

Exceptional

Name and date are on assignment. Any other items required by the assignment such as legend, color, etc. are ALL present.
Good

Name and date are on assignment. Most of the other required items are present such as legend, color, etc. Missing no more than 2
Average

Name, but no date on assignment. Missing 3-5 of required map elements such as legend, color, etc.
Poor

Is missing either name or date. Most of the other required elements such as legend, color, etc are missing. (more than 5)
Unsatisfactory

Missing name and date. Most other required elements such as legend,color,etc are missing.
Neatness/Creativity

This involves items such as overall appearance, coloring, and layout of the diagram/model.

Exceptional

Exceptionally neat
Great contrast in color/layout-creativity. Overall appearance is exceptional.
Good

Neat with good contrast in color... Overall appearance is good.
Average

Fairly neat/Satisfactory
Little contrast in color... and overall appearance is fair.
Poor

Somewhat messy with eraser marks or items scibbled out. Coloring etc. is sparce and overall appearance is okay.
Unsatisfactory

Incomplete and messy. No color... and overall apppearance is poor.

Exceptional

Exceptional amount of vocabulary used. Very accurate vocabulary and grammar.
Good

Very good amount of vocabulary used. Vocabulary and grammar contain 1-3 errors.
