	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Report	Excellent Report is completed neatly. Student shows attention to details (i.e CUPS, labels)	Good Report is mostly complete, neat, but minor details are missing.	Fair Report is hastily done, student did not follow directions, and is incomplete.	Poor Report is mostly not done, may be unable to understand, has errors.
Observations	Excellent Student answers questions completely and accurately. Illustrations are clear and labeled.	Good Students answers questions completely but there may be minor errors in their thinking.	Fair Students partially answer questions, diagram is inaccurate and/or incomplete.	Poor Required work is incomplete and inaccurate
Performance	Excellent Student independently follows all directions as written or with permission to change written directions, adheres to all safety rules, cleans up as directed	Good Student follows written directions, may make minor safety infractions	Fair Student needs constant assistance, may need constant reminders of safety, may leave materials out	Poor Student attempts to lab without reading or following directions, disregards safety, does not clean up
