Correcty identifys graph

Student can correctly identify the name and type of graph.

Poor

Student is not able to name the type of data representation chart (graph) or the type (bar) used in activity.
Fair

Student corretly names "graph" as the data representation tool, but does not correctly identify "bar" as the type.
Good

Student correctly identifys the tool as "graph" and the type as "bar."
Interpretation of data

Student correctly interprets data from graph

Poor

Student is not able to interpret data from graph correctly.
Fair

Student is able to make some correct statements by interpreting data from graph, but makes mistakes in one or more areas (such as; computation)
Good

Student is able to correctly interpret data, and make factual statements about the results using math language.
(ex.. 2 more people liked apple pie than blueberry, or, only one person chose key lime as their favorite.)
