Fair - 2 Project is thought out, but not enough time spent to have a great project.	Poor - 1 A little bit of time spent on the project. Personal involvement was insufficient.	Insufficient - 0 Project is not thought out. Poor quality and done in haste. Personal involvement was very insufficient.
Language proficiency	Excellent - 4 There were hardly any language errors.	Good - 3 There were very few language errors.
